Park Manager Position

Job Type: Part- time

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated shift manager to oversee the daily operations of our trampoline park. The shift manager is responsible for ensuring a safe, fun, and engaging experience for all guests while maintaining a high standard of customer service and operational efficiency. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delegating tasks

• Supervise staff

• Customer service

• Oversee park safety

• Managing daily cleaning tasks to staff

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation

• Enforce and follow employee handbook compliance

• Answering phone calls/ emails/ Voicemails

• Following up on parties scheduled

Qualifications:

• Strong leadership & team building skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

-Ability to multitask and work in a fast passed environment

• Flexibility to work varying shifts.

• Basic computer skills

Physical requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, and navigate the facility for extended periods of time.

• Capability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs. (on occasion).

• Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-energy environment.
