Shift Manager

Job Summary
Legends Pub & Grill is seeking a dependable Shift Manager to help lead daily restaurant operations and keep each shift organized, efficient, and guest-focused. This role supports the management team by coordinating staff, maintaining service standards, and responding quickly to operational needs in a busy pub-and-grill environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-of-house and restaurant operations during assigned shifts.
• Assign duties and coordinate staff to maintain smooth service.
• Support servers, bartenders, kitchen staff, and other team members throughout the shift.
• Monitor guest service, food quality, beverage service, and overall restaurant standards.
• Address guest questions and resolve service concerns professionally.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash and POS responsibilities.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management.
• Ensure dining, bar, and service areas remain clean, organized, and properly stocked.
• Help train and coach employees on service standards and operating procedures.
• Follow company policies and Idaho requirements for food safety, alcohol service, and workplace safety.
• Complete shift reports and communicate important operational issues to management.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, bar, hospitality, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Able to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organization and multitasking abilities.
• Guest-focused attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
• Reliable, professional, and comfortable leading a team.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash-handling procedures.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must meet applicable Idaho requirements for alcohol service if supervising beverage operations.

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 34.0 per week
