What You’ll Do
- Lead the store team during your shift
- Ensure smooth operations and fast service
- Assist in training and coaching team members
- Monitor food quality & store cleanliness
- Handle customer feedback and resolve concerns
- Support daily sales and store targets
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in food, restaurant, or quick-service industry
- With leadership or shift supervisor background
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Can work under pressure with a positive attitude
- Willing to work shifts and holidays
