Shift Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Ability to work nights and weekends is a must. MUST BE 21+ TO BE CONSIDERED!

Duties:

• Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
• Provide product knowledge and answer any questions or concerns
• Assist customers with purchases, including processing transactions and handling cash or credit card payments
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate any stock needs to management
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and targets
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers
• Upsell products and accessories to enhance customer experience
• Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail sales is preferred
• Knowledge of electronics or technology
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to work well within a team environment or work alone

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.50 - $14.00 per hour
