Skills

• Proven experience in restaurants with strong leadership capabilities
• Excellent management skills with the ability to organize tasks efficiently and prioritize responsibilities
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases effectively
• Proficiency in Toast POS systems, Spreadsheets, and basic math for accurate cash handling and sales tracking
• Effective managerial communication skills to train staff and coordinate team efforts seamlessly
• Knowledge of restaurant industry sales strategies, inventory control, and operational management
• Experience in employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, training & development programs
• Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in labor management and storefront presentation
