What We Expect From You

As a Shift Manager, you are taking your first step into restaurant leadership. You don't need to know everything on day one — we're looking for someone who is reliable, willing to learn, and ready to grow.

Be Reliable

• Show up on time and ready to work.

• Take ownership of your responsibilities, including opening and closing the restaurant.

Lead by Example

• Set the standard through your own actions.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, service, and safety.
• Treat every team member and guest with respect.

Lead the Team

• Give clear direction and set expectations.
• Help your team succeed instead of simply doing everything yourself.
• Recognize good performance and address issues when standards aren't being met.
• Create a positive, respectful work environment.

Be Willing to Learn

• Ask questions.
• Accept coaching and feedback.
• Learn our systems, procedures, and expectations.
• Look for opportunities to improve yourself and the restaurant.

Take Ownership

• Don't wait for someone else to solve every problem.
• Make decisions within your role and communicate when you need help.
• Leave every shift knowing you did your best to make the restaurant better.

What You Can Expect From Us

Training

• We'll teach you how to run the restaurant and give you the tools you need to succeed.
• You'll receive hands-on training and ongoing coaching.

Support

• You won't be expected to figure everything out by yourself.
• Your GM and leadership team will be available to answer questions and help you work through challenges.

Feedback

• We'll tell you what you're doing well and where you can improve.
• We believe feedback should help you grow, not simply point out mistakes.
