Shift Manager

Summary: Shift Managers/Leads oversee daily restaurant operations, supervise team members during their shifts, and ensure that all food safety, quality, and customer service standards are strictly maintained. They act as the primary leaders on duty to guarantee a smooth, efficient, and welcoming shift.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervises crew members and coordinates shift operations to ensure fast, friendly, and accurate service.
• Opens and/or closes the restaurant following proper security, cash handling, and operational procedures.
• Trains, mentors, and coaches team members on proper food preparation, safety, and brand standards.
• Monitors product quality, food safety, and restaurant cleanliness to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Resolves customer inquiries or complaints promptly and professionally to ensure an excellent experience.
• Collaborates with the General Manager on inventory tracking, ordering, and team performance.
• Works hands-on across various restaurant stations (grill, register, fry station) as needed during peak hours.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Prior supervisory or restaurant leadership experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
