We’re looking for motivated, reliable, and team-oriented individuals to join our crew as Shift Manager! This is an exciting opportunity to grow with us.

What You'll Do:

As a Shift Manager, you’ll help run the restaurant during scheduled shifts by supporting team members, maintaining high food safety standards, and delivering a great guest experience. Responsibilities include:

• Leading and motivating team members during your shift
• Ensuring excellent customer service and fast, accurate order fulfillment
• Assisting with inventory, product prep, and cleanliness
• Monitoring compliance with food safety, sanitation, and operational procedures
• Handling cash, POS transactions, and shift reports
• Supporting new team member training and coaching
• Communicating with management and helping ensure smooth transitions between shifts

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year of experience in food service or customer service preferred
• Leadership experience is a plus (crew trainer, shift lead, etc.)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and team-first mentality
• Must be at least 18+
• Ability to stand, walk, and be active for extended periods
• Flexible availability — nights, weekends, and holidays
