Duties

• Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient workflow and excellent customer service
• Lead and motivate team members across various roles including food preparation, bartending, serving, and kitchen staff
• Oversee food safety protocols, hygiene standards, and food production processes to meet regulatory requirements
• Manage shift schedules, assign tasks, and monitor performance to optimize productivity
• Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a welcoming environment for all patrons
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and bar stations
• Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and coordinating with suppliers as needed

Qualifications

• Proven supervising or team management experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, bartending, and food safety standards
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams
• Experience in food production, kitchen operations, or hotel environments is highly desirable
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Exceptional communication skills with a focus on hospitality and customer service excellence
• Previous experience with serving or barista roles is a plus but not required

Pay: £12.00-£13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
