Position Summary As a Shift Manager, you will lead restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring excellent customer service, food quality, safety, and team performance. You will coach crew members, support fellow managers, and help create a positive work environment while achieving restaurant goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts
• Deliver fast, friendly, and accurate customer service
• Coach, train, and develop crew members
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards
• Monitor labor, service, and operational performance
• Manage cash handling and inventory procedures
• Ensure safety and security standards are followed
• Prepare the restaurant and team for the next shift's success

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends preferred
• Previous restaurant or leadership experience is helpful but not required
