Shift Manager (evening shift)

Hi there! We’re CyberCare — a customer care company for global tech brands and part of the Tesonet venture builder. Our team of 370+ professionals combines AI-powered automation with a human touch to deliver smooth, stress-free experiences to millions of tech users worldwide.

We're looking for a Shift Manager to oversee the evening shift of our Saily support. Your working hours are 13:30 to 22:00. You don't need to know Saily or understand how it works yet. We'll teach you everything you need to know about the product, so you can focus on what matters most: keeping the shift organized, on track, and running smoothly.

• Experience in shift management or a similar coordinating role.

• Strong organizational skills and the confidence to work independently.
• The ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive attitude, natural curiosity, and eagerness to keep learning.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to work from 13:30 to 22:00 on a rotating schedule.

What You’ll Do and Learn:

• Oversee the evening shift and keep it running smoothly, staying on top of SLAs and overall efficiency so every customer gets timely help.
• Delegate tasks, share constructive feedback, and monitor attendance to keep the team focused and supported.
• Work hand in hand with team leads, helping them succeed and making sure shift KPIs are met.
• Take charge during incidents by escalating issues, keeping reporting clear, and bringing in the right stakeholders at the right time.
• Spot opportunities to improve both Saily support and the product itself, and help turn those ideas into action.

Compensation:

• Gross salary - 1800 EUR/month.
• Bonus gross: 400 EUR - after 2nd month in the company (performance based).
