We are looking for ahighly skilled and experienced Shift Manager to oversee our facilities softservices team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managingteams and ensuring excellent customer service.

Roles and Responsibility

• Manage and supervise the facilities soft services team to ensureefficient operations.
• Coordinate with various departments to resolve issues andimprove overall performance.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customersatisfaction and reduce complaints.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvementand implement changes.
• Analyze data and reports to optimize processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with other managers to achieve organizational goals.
