Shift Manager is responsible for supervising team members and supervisors during assigned shifts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, product quality, and adherence to company standards and also supports operational efficiency, staff motivation, and compliance with safety and sanitation protocols.

Responsibilities of a shift Manager

• Lead and coach crew members during assigned shifts to ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Motivate and develop team members through real-time feedback and training.
• Oversee daily shift operations including food preparation, cleanliness, inventory control, and opening/closing procedures.
• Monitor quality and speed of service to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to brand standards.
• Address and resolve guest concerns or complaints professionally and promptly.
• Assist in achieving sales targets and controlling costs through efficient labor management and waste reduction.
• Support upselling and promotional efforts during shifts.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times.
• Adhere to and enforce all company policies, operational standards, and procedures.
• Maintain accurate shift logs, cash handling, and end-of-day reports.
• Communicate shift performance, incidents, and staffing needs to management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₦130,000.00 per month
