Red Swan Pizza is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Shift Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and lead our team. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, restaurant experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining high food quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate staff during assigned shifts.
• Schedule, assign, and monitor employee duties.
• Train, coach, and motivate team members to maintain company standards.
• Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve customer concerns.
• Monitor food preparation to ensure quality, consistency, and food safety compliance.
• Open and close the restaurant following company procedures.
• Manage cash handling, POS transactions, and daily sales reconciliation.
• Monitor inventory levels and place supply orders as required.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and workplace regulations.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant.
• Support cost control by minimizing food waste and monitoring labour costs.
• Prepare daily operational reports for management.

Pay: $18.50-$22.00 per hour
