About the role
Fernland Spa is a thermal mineral hot pool complex with small campground situated in Bethlehem Tauranga. This is a sole charge position in a unique tranquil environment involving customer service, taking telephone bookings, checking in campers, general cleaning, and regulating the water flow to the main and private pools. Extensive training is given for water regulation duties.
Key responsibilities
- Customer service and telephone bookings
- Checking in/out campers
- Will be able to do work around Cafe
- Take massage bookings
- General cleaning
- Regulating the water flow to the main and private pools
- Direct junior staff
About you
- Excellent communication skills are essential
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work the following shifts: Tuesdays 5pm-10pm, Wednesdays 5pm-10pm, Fridays 9am-5pm, Sundays 9am-5pm
