Job Opportunity: Assistant Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a talented Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee all facets of our establishment. You will play a pivotal role in a very fast paced & high-quality environment and inspiring our team to deliver outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations in both the Front of House and Back of House.
• Ensure exceptional service and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
• Regularly assess product quality
• Organize and oversee staff shifts while appraising performance to boost productivity.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Enhance the restaurant’s image and devise strategies for improvement.
• Monitor operational costs and implement waste-reduction measures.
• Create comprehensive reports on revenue and expenses.
• Promote our brand in the local community through events and word-of-mouth.
• Recommend strategies for audience engagement, such as social media promotions.
• Train new and existing employees on best customer service practices.
• Establish policies to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a managerial role within the restaurant or hospitality sector.
• Strong background in customer service.
• In-depth knowledge of food and beverage offerings.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software (e.g., OpenTable, PeachWorks).
• Excellent leadership, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong financial management & organizational capabilities.

Compensation:

• $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Licenses/Certifications:

• Driver's License required

Shift Availability:

• Day and Night Shifts
