ROC Shift Manager

Job Responsibilities

(1) Organize ROC shift handover and morning briefings.

(2) Monitoring on‑duty: Monitor the operating status of equipment and facilities as well as environmental parameters for all buildings within the scope; report any abnormalities in a timely manner.

(3) On‑site inspection: Conduct or accompany building‑level on‑duty teams to perform on‑site inspections of equipment and environment in accordance with prescribed inspection frequencies, routes and standards; handle and report abnormalities promptly.

(4) Equipment maintenance: Verify that on‑site maintenance plans and execution quality for each building comply with established requirements. Prevent concurrent execution of major maintenance activities.

(5) Emergency response and notification: Jointly formulate response measures with building managers and site directors for incidents and faults.

(7) Deliver internal training for new‑joiners of the ROC team.

Job Requirements

(1) Bachelor’s degree or above.

(2) Possess industry‑recognized professional certifications issued by national authorities (High‑Low Voltage Electrician Certificate, refrigeration‑related certificates).

(3) Have fundamental theoretical knowledge and hands‑on operational capability in electrical engineering and HVAC.

(4) Minimum 3‑year experience in multi‑building facility management, or minimum 5‑year experience in single‑building facility management.

(5) Prior working experience with building IT capacity of no less than 50MW.

(6) Minimum 1‑year working experience as ROC Duty Manager, or minimum 3‑year working experience as ROC Shift Supervisor.
