Duties

• Prepare and assemble food items following established recipes and safety standards to ensure quality and consistency.
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing customer orders, sales transactions, and cash handling accurately.
• Deliver excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, upselling menu items, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace by adhering to sanitation, food safety, and food handling protocols throughout your shift.
• Manage cash register operations, process cash transactions, and handle retail sales transactions efficiently.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively to support food preparation and cooking processes.
• Assist in training new team members on food preparation, POS systems, and customer service standards to foster a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential.
• Strong skills in food preparation, food safety management, sanitation, and kitchen operations.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently during busy periods.
• Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly attitude and effective communication abilities.
• Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately.
• Experience in retail sales transactions, upselling techniques, and cash register operations is a plus.
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain a clean workspace according to health standards.

Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour
