Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the restaurant during your shift.
• Ensure high standards of food quality and customer service are maintained.

• Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain financial records.
• Train new employees on company policies, food handling procedures, and customer service standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the food industry, preferably in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with staff and customers.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
