Shift Manager/Supervisor

Job Location : Main Adyala Road Rawalpindi & Sector G-13/4 Islamabad

Requirements : Quick Service Restaurant Experience is must.

• Lead and manage FOH and BOH shift operations, ensuring smooth execution during peak and non-peak hours.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings, deploy team members effectively, assign stations and monitor productivity throughout the shift.
• Ensure consistent product quality, portion control, order accuracy and service standards in line with company SOPs.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, cleanliness and restaurant readiness through scheduled operational checks.
• Deliver excellent customer service, resolve complaints promptly, and drive five-star review generation.
• Monitor and control food inventory, stock levels, wastage and product rotation (FIFO/FEFO) to minimise losses.
• Manage cash handling, POS transactions, shift reconciliation and cash-security procedures accurately.
• Coach, train and motivate team members; provide feedback and enforce attendance, grooming and operational standards.
• Support achievement of sales, labour-cost and food-cost targets through effective shift planning and upselling.
• Complete shift opening/closing procedures and prepare the Weekly Operations Report with accurate, verifiable data.
• Conduct win-back calls to recovered dissatisfied customers and log outcomes.
• Close out corrective actions assigned to the shift within agreed deadlines and escalate any that cannot be closed.

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Rawalpindi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
