We are seeking an energetic and motivated Shift Manager to lead our dynamic restaurant team. In this role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations while ensuring exceptional customer service, food quality, and team performance. Your leadership will help create a positive work environment, maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness, and support the achievement of operational goals. Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of employees to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Customer Service: Respond promptly and professionally to customer concerns and resolve issues as they arise.
• Operations Management: Perform all restaurant duties as needed, including preparing pizzas, managing kitchen operations, and maintaining cleanliness and organization.
• Food Safety & Compliance: Follow all health and safety standards, maintain a clean and safe workspace, and comply with Southern Nevada health district standards.
• Inventory & Cash Management: Monitor inventory levels using company systems, operate the cash register, and ensure accurate cash handling.
• Security & Safety: Follow all established safety procedures and ensure a safe environment for employees and customers.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
• Must have a valid Southern Nevada Food Handler Card.
• Must have at least one year of previous management experience.

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
