Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring efficient workflow and excellent customer service
• Lead and motivate staff through effective team management, training, and performance feedback
• Oversee food preparation, cooking processes, and food safety compliance in accordance with health regulations
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and transaction accuracy
• Control inventory levels, monitor stock rotation, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a positive dining experience
• Conduct shift briefings to communicate goals, safety procedures, and operational updates

Skills

• Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management with a strong background in food preparation and kitchen operations
• Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for sales transactions and reporting
• Excellent leadership skills with experience supervising hospitality teams and managing staff training programs
• Strong understanding of food safety management, food handling procedures, and health regulations
• Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling, inventory control, and profit/loss analysis
• Effective communication skills for managerial tasks such as interviewing, staff coaching, and customer service interactions
• Knowledge of restaurant management practices including budgeting, food production, catering services, and shift management
