Experience in Shift Operations & Shop-Floor Management
Experience in Audit Documentation & Compliance Records will be an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day shift operations
* Monitor production activities and manpower
* Ensure adherence to SOPs and work instructions
* Maintain shift reports and production documentation
* Support internal/external audits and maintain *audit-related documentation*
* Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance and other departments
* Ensure safety, discipline, productivity and quality standards
