Shift Opener

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Opener to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in setting the stage for daily operations by ensuring that all necessary preparations are completed efficiently and effectively. This position requires a proactive individual who can work independently while also collaborating with team members to create a welcoming environment for both staff and customers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the workspace by ensuring cleanliness and organization before opening.
• Set up equipment, supplies, and displays as per company standards.
• Conduct safety checks on all equipment to ensure proper functioning.
• Greet customers warmly upon arrival, providing excellent customer service.
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations throughout the day.
• Address any immediate concerns or issues that arise during opening hours.

Experience

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required; we value a willingness to learn and grow.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Basic knowledge of safety protocols and procedures is an advantage.
• A positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional service are essential.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
