Shift Operations Manager (สระบุรี)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Shift Operations Manager to lead production shift operations at our Saraburi cement plant. This role is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations while achieving production, quality, and sustainability targets. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day plant operations, lead shift teams, coordinate with maintenance and support functions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to maximize plant performance and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage production shift operations to achieve production and quality targets.
• Monitor plant performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reliability, and productivity.
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and other support teams to minimize downtime and resolve operational issues.
• Ensure availability of raw materials and finished products in line with production plans.
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for operational disruptions and equipment breakdowns.
• Control operating costs, resource utilization, overtime, and energy consumption.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental (OHSE) requirements.
• Lead shift personnel, develop team capabilities, and foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in heavy manufacturing operations, or at least 3 years in the cement industry.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, plant operations, and production management.
• Experience leading operational teams in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of SAP and production reporting systems.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Experience in safety management and continuous improvement initiatives is highly preferred.
