Shift Planner (Material/Production)

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and monitor production and material requirements based on customer demand.
• Ensure materials are available on time to prevent production delays or line stoppages.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, and other departments.
• Monitor inventory levels, material shortages, and excess stock.
• Follow up on material delivery and expedite urgent items when required.
• Update planning records and prepare relevant reports.
• Identify planning issues and implement improvement actions.
• Support other tasks assigned by the superior.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in Planning, Purchasing, Procurement, or Sourcing will have an added advantage.
• Good negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and follow up closely.
• A proactive attitude with willingness to learn and grow
