Shift Process Technician

Key Responsibilities:

1. Buyoff process parameter settings made by Process Operators for Furnace, Forehearth, Fiberizer,

Forming and Oven as per WI during shift

2. Set production line speed according to product entitlement

3. Buyoff Equipment condition for Furnace, Forehearth, Fiberizer, Forming and Oven to ensure they in

order and ready for production

4. Communicate with Shift Manager, Supervisor and Process Operators and related equipment and/or

parameter adjustment to meet quality requirement of product

5. Buyoff product condition after adjustment made by Fiberizer Operators

6. Conduct Curing Oven temperature profile every start of the shift and during product change

7. Completion of shift log activities and handover to next working Process Technician and Process

Operators

8. Compliance to SHE rules and regulations

Person Specification:

1. Education: minimum certificate in any engineering field from accredited tertiary education

institution

2. Qualification/Certification: NA

3. Work Experience: minimum 2 – 3 years in manufacturing industry

4. Specific Job Skills: analytical, communication, critical thinking and reporting writing skills

5. Computer Literacy: Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point

6. Language/Communication Skills: English, Bahasa Malaysia

7. Personal Competencies: knowledge of industrial machines and mechanical processes

8. Work Environment: able to work in heavy industry environmen
