SHIFT PRODUCTION QUALITY ASSISTANT (SPQA)

Work Location: Silang, Cavite

Licton Industrial Corporation is looking for a detail-oriented, dependable, and quality-conscious Shift Production Quality Assistant (SPQA) to support daily production and quality operations at our Silang, Cavite plant.

The SPQA works closely with the Production and Quality teams to ensure that products consistently meet company quality standards, specifications, and applicable regulatory requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct in-process and final quality inspections during the assigned production shift.
• Monitor production output and verify compliance with established quality standards and product specifications.
• Record inspection findings accurately and prepare required quality and production reports.
• Identify defects, non-conformities, or process concerns and immediately coordinate with the Production and Quality teams for appropriate action.
• Assist in monitoring corrective actions and preventing recurrence of quality issues.
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of quality control procedures and standards.
• Observe and promote compliance with safety, food safety, cleanliness, and good housekeeping practices within the production area.
• Perform other quality-related responsibilities necessary to support smooth and consistent plant operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of Engineering or any related four-year college course.
• Experience in manufacturing, production, or quality inspection is an advantage, although candidates with strong potential may also be considered.
• Keen attention to detail, good judgment, and a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
• Able to communicate and coordinate effectively with Production and other plant personnel.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing and production environment.
• Willing to work 8-hour shifts, 6 days per week, on a shifting schedule, which may include morning, afternoon, or night shifts depending on production requirements.

WORK LOCATION & ACCOMMODATION

The position is for full-time deployment at the Licton Industrial Corporation plant in Silang, Cavite.

To support employees who may initially be relocating or living far from the plant, company-provided accommodation is currently available. This arrangement is intended to assist employees during their transition and may continue until the Company and/or employee determines that independent accommodation is already practical and appropriate.

The long-term objective is to help employees eventually establish a suitable and sustainable living arrangement of their own while remaining reasonably accessible to the plant.

Candidates should therefore be open to Cavite deployment, shifting schedules, and eventually transitioning to independent accommodation when circumstances permit.
