Job Responsibilities

• Perform first-piece, in-process and final inspection of components during the shift.
• Inspect plastic injection moulded components for visual and dimensional defects.
• Check dimensions using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge and Gauges.
• Knowledge on reading Engineering Drawing.
• Monitor production quality and ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards.
• Segregate and identify rejected/non-conforming components.
• Maintain inspection reports, rejection records and quality check sheets.
• Coordinate with Production, Tool Room and Maintenance teams for quality issues.
• Support root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for recurring defects.
• Conduct regular patrolling inspection during the shift.
• Ensure adherence to 5S, safety and quality procedures.
• Provide proper shift handover and communicate pending quality issues to the next shift.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of Plastic Injection Moulding processes.
• Knowledge of quality inspection and defect identification.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge and measuring instruments.
• Basic knowledge of 7 QC Tools, SPC and 5S.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
