Shift Supervisor - Burger King

As a Shift Supervisor at Burger King, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient restaurant operations during your assigned shifts. You will be responsible for leading a team, delivering exceptional customer service, and upholding brand standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts, including opening and closing procedures.
• Supervise, train, and motivate team members to deliver high-quality food and service.
• Ensure adherence to all Burger King operational standards, food safety regulations, and company policies.
• Manage cash handling procedures, including till reconciliation and deposit preparation.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with placing orders as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Assist with food preparation, cooking, and serving as required.
• Resolve operational issues and escalate significant problems to management when necessary.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and foster strong communication.

Job Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-food or restaurant environment
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices.
