Seeking Shift Supervisors

Come in as a shift leader on the ground floor and help scale the business quickly with the opportunity to grow fast! Wear a ton of hats, have an assortment of responsibilities, and be empowered early on. Looking for someone that is hungry, excited to start a career with an incredible brand and awesome team culture!

As a Shift Supervisor, some of your responsibilities include:

· Be a brand ambassador of our core values and brand nature

· Effectively lead, develop, and motivate a small team (2-4 people on a shift)

· Deliver high quality products and extraordinary guest experiences based on brand standards and operating procedures

· Partner with the Store Leadership Team to grow sales and maximize profitability

You meet these requirements:

· 1+ year(s) shift management experience

· Available to work weekends

· Proven ability to direct, motivate, coach, and develop others in a fast-paced environment

· Proven ability to drive positive results

· Proven ability to run great shifts

· At least 18 years of age

· Satisfy a background check

· Authorized to work in the United States
