SHIFT SUPERVISOR / CHECKER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise daily hatchery operations and production activities.
• Monitor incubation and hatching machines and ensure proper operating conditions.
• Coordinate personnel during egg receiving, classification, fumigation, setting, pull-out, candling, vaccination, and chick dispatch.
• Ensure proper implementation of biosecurity, sanitation, and safety protocols.
• Monitor and record hatchability, production output, machine conditions, and other hatchery statistics.
• Identify operational issues and take appropriate corrective action.
• Prepare and submit accurate production and incident reports.
• Recommend improvements to increase hatchery yield, efficiency, and product quality.

⭐ MUST-HAVE PREFERENCES

• Graduate of BS Agriculture, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other related courses; technical course graduates may also be considered.
• Preferably with at least 2 years of experience in manufacturing, production, hatchery, agriculture, or a related industry.
• Fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, dependable, and self-motivated.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to undergo training and hands-on learning.
• Must demonstrate honesty, integrity, and accountability.
• Willing to be assigned in Tungkalan, Toril District, Davao City.
