Underground Shift Supervisor****Multiple Rosters, FIFO | $1,400 per Shift | Growing Underground Gold OperationAn established underground gold project is seeking Underground Shift Supervisors to support continued operational growth.   The mine has expanded significantly since commencing operations, growing from a small development crew to around 60 underground personnel.
 
Requirements
The contractor specialises in underground mine development and production, delivering mechanised and traditional narrow vein mining solutions across Australia.

The RoleReporting to the Foreman, you will supervise underground crews and coordinate daily production activities.

Responsibilities:

• Supervising underground operators and service crews
• Managing shift production targets
• Ensuring compliance with safety procedures
• Coordinating underground personnel and equipment
• Reporting shift performance

Requirements

• Previous underground supervisory experience
• Strong leadership skills
• Production mining background
