Shift Supervisor

• Supervise daily loading and unloading activities.
• Manage and guide workers involved in loading and unloading operations.
• Ensure proper counting and verification of bags/materials during loading and unloading.
• Ensure materials are handled safely to avoid damage or wastage.
• Maintain proper stacking and storage of materials.
• Coordinate with the warehouse, dispatch, production, and transport teams.
• Verify incoming and outgoing materials against required documents.
• Ensure vehicles are properly loaded and unloaded within the scheduled time.
• Maintain daily records of loading and unloading activities.
• Monitor workers and ensure proper discipline at the workplace.
• Follow all company safety and operational procedures.
• Report any shortage, damage, mismatch, or other issue to the concerned authority.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper arrangement of the loading/unloading area.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
