Job Description

Harlem Shake is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support daily restaurant operations and lead the team during assigned shifts. This role involves supervising team members, maintaining service standards, assisting guests, monitoring food quality, and helping ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support restaurant team members during assigned shifts.
• Monitor customer service and ensure a welcoming guest experience.
• Assist with food preparation and service as needed.
• Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation standards.
• Train and coach team members on restaurant procedures.
• Handle customer questions and resolve service concerns professionally.
• Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs to management.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Follow cash-handling, safety, and food-service policies.
• Maintain an organized and efficient restaurant environment.

Requirements

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, retail, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Customer-focused and able to remain organized during busy periods.
• Reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to assist with food preparation and move supplies as needed.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
