Job Description

Cafe Ole is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Shift Supervisor to help lead daily café operations. The supervisor will support the team during busy shifts, provide excellent customer service, maintain product quality, and help ensure smooth and efficient store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support team members during assigned shifts.
• Open and close the café according to company procedures.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
• Assist with food and beverage preparation and order fulfillment.
• Operate the POS system and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Monitor product levels and restock supplies as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Address routine customer concerns professionally.
• Communicate shift information and operational issues to management.

Requirements

• Previous café, restaurant, retail, or customer-service experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance and a positive, professional attitude.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
