Shift Supervisor

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Leader to join our dynamic team. The Shift Leader will play a crucial role in managing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff members. This position requires strong leadership skills, a passion for the restaurant industry, and the ability to maintain high standards of food safety and quality.

Duties

• Oversee daily operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues that arise.
• Train, mentor, and manage team members to foster a positive work environment and enhance performance.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards throughout the restaurant.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and POS operations.
• Assist in interviewing and onboarding new staff members as needed.
• Collaborate with management to implement strategies for improving service quality and operational efficiency.

Experience

• Previous experience in restaurant management is preferred.
• Strong background in customer service with proven ability to lead a team effectively.
• Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations.
• Experience with cash handling procedures and POS systems is essential.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
