Shift Supervisor

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Shift Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our retail environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a comprehensive understanding of retail management. This role is vital in ensuring smooth store functions, maintaining high customer service standards, and leading a team to achieve sales goals. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily store activities to ensure efficient operations during assigned shifts
• Lead and motivate team members, providing training and development opportunities to enhance performance
• Manage customer service interactions, ensuring a positive experience for all customers
• Oversee inventory levels to maximize sales potential
• Handle cash handling procedures, POS transactions with accuracy and integrity
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and health standards
• Utilize strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in cash handling and administrative tasks
• Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate staff and manage conflict professionally
• Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities efficiently

Pay: $16.00-$17.00 per hour
