Shift Supervisor

Job Summary
Mama's Pizza is seeking a dependable Shift Supervisor to help manage daily restaurant activities and keep each shift organized, efficient, and customer-focused. The supervisor will support team members, maintain service standards, and assist management with smooth restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members during assigned shifts.
• Coordinate employee stations and daily shift tasks.
• Monitor order accuracy, food quality, and customer service.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Handle customer questions and routine service issues.
• Follow cash-handling, food-safety, and sanitation procedures.
• Help train new employees and reinforce restaurant standards.
• Communicate shift updates and operational concerns to management.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining and work area.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or food-service experience preferred.
• Prior team-lead or supervisory experience is helpful.
• Strong communication and customer-service abilities.
• Reliable, organized, and comfortable making decisions during busy shifts.
• Ability to work effectively with a diverse restaurant team.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: $36,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
