Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and maintaining store cleanliness
• Lead, motivate, and manage team members to achieve goals and deliver outstanding customer service
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints efficiently, and foster positive customer experiences
• Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems for transactions, reporting, and end-of-day tasks.
• Assist in training and developing staff to enhance team performance and engagement
• Monitor inventory levels, and ensure stock is being rotated.

Qualifications

• Proven supervising or team management experience in food service or a related field
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of POS systems
• Experience with cash handling
• Ability to negotiate effectively with team members when necessary
• Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on training & development and motivating teams
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service orientation

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
