Shift Supervisor

Heebee Coffee is looking for a responsible, energetic, and customer-focused Shift Supervisor to lead our café team and ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the café team during shifts.
• Ensure excellent customer service and product quality.
• Manage opening/closing, cash handling, and daily operations.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and café standards.
• Monitor inventory, wastage, and stock requirements.
• Handle customer concerns professionally.
• Train and motivate team members.
• Help achieve daily sales and operational targets.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of café, restaurant, hospitality, or retail experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory/team-lead experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Positive attitude and customer-first approach.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
