What they need
Responsibilities:
- Key Responsibilities
- Supervise line leaders, technicians, and operators to achieve production targets and quality standards.
- Ensure daily production activities comply with SOPs and Work Instructions (WI).
- Plan and coordinate daily manpower, machinery, and materials.
- Provide on-the-job training and guidance to production staff.
- Prepare daily production reports and highlight any abnormalities to management.
- Enforce workplace safety, housekeeping, and 5S practices.
- Monitor and report environmental issues, spills, or pollution.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Pay: From RM2,800.00 per month
