'Responsibilities'
' Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality.

• Lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Manage food preparation, safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Handle cash transactions and POS systems accurately.
• Train, supervise, and evaluate staff performance.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Foster a positive work environment aligned with Arby’s values.
• Qualifications:
• Proven supervising or management experience in a food service or restaurant setting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures.
• Experience with POS systems, preferably Micros POS.
• Ability to handle cash accurately.
• Good communication skills.
• Previous experience in hospitality or food industry preferred.'
