A renowned Saudi coffee chain expanding in Pakistan, is looking for a responsible, customer-focused Shift Supervisor to join its store team.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily shift operations and ensure smooth service.
- Assign duties, coordinate staff breaks and guide the team.
- Maintain beverage quality, food safety, hygiene and brand standards.
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Monitor stock levels, wastage and replenishment needs.
- Complete opening/closing checks and submit shift reports.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in a coffee shop, café or food service business, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Experience with an international or multinational coffee/food brand preferred.
- Understanding of café operations, food safety and customer service.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends and public holidays.
Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
