At Uptown Cheapskate, we buy and sell gently used clothing, shoes, and accessories, making fashion affordable while promoting sustainability. We’re looking for someone who is ready to grow their leadership skills and help create an amazing experience for our customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Help lead, motivate, and support team members.
• Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience.
• Assist with daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Help maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising.
• Assist with buying and evaluating gently used clothing and accessories.
• Support sales goals, store performance, and team development.
• Learn leadership, inventory management, and supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Customer Service Skills #1!!!
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Reliable, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Leadership experience is a plus, but a willingness to grow is essential.
• Passion for fashion, resale, and sustainable shopping.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends as needed.
