Shift Supervisor

Overview
Supervise daily operations of the Liquor Store, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Train, mentor, and develop staff to enhance their skills in customer service.
• Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and controlling waste to adhere to budgetary guidelines.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Assist in scheduling staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement in service quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with upper management on operational goals, budgeting, and staff training initiatives.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a wine and spirits shop or similar environment is preferred.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with experience in budgeting and inventory management.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with staff and customers.
