Job Summary

PFC Group is looking for a responsible and experienced Shift Supervisor to supervise construction site activities, coordinate manpower, and ensure smooth operations during assigned shifts. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of relevant experience in construction or contracting, with strong site coordination and team supervision skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction site activities during the assigned shift.
• Allocate tasks to workers and monitor their productivity and work progress.
• Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, HSE officers, and other supervisors.
• Ensure work is completed according to project schedules and quality standards.
• Monitor manpower attendance, work allocation, and site discipline.
• Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and proper use of PPE.
• Conduct shift handovers and communicate pending tasks and progress updates.
• Identify operational issues, delays, and resource shortages and report them to management.
• Maintain daily shift reports and records of manpower and work progress.
• Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are used properly.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Shift Supervisor, Site Supervisor, or Construction Supervisor.
• Previous experience in the construction or contracting industry is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of construction site operations and manpower supervision.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of construction safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Ability to manage site teams and work under pressure.
• Willingness to work day or night shifts as required.
• Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
