Duties

• Supervise daily store operations during assigned shifts, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately
• Lead, motivate, and develop team members through effective training, coaching, and performance management
• Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, merchandising, and pricing to maximize sales potential
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure outstanding customer service at all times
• Manage cash handling procedures, POS (Point of Sale) systems, and payroll processing with precision
• Conduct employee orientation sessions, interviews for new hires, and assist in recruiting efforts to build a strong team
• Maintain operational standards including safety protocols, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies

Skills

• Proven experience in supervising retail teams with strong leadership capabilities
• Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued
• Skilled in negotiation, conflict resolution, and employee orientation techniques
• Proficient in POS systems, inventory control software, and basic bookkeeping practices
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during shift changes and busy periods
• Knowledge of retail math including sales calculations, pricing strategies, and budgeting principles
• Ability to train staff in retail sales techniques, customer service excellence, and operational procedures
• Experience with merchandising, stock management, purchasing decisions, and inventory management systems
• Demonstrated managerial communication skills with the ability to lead by example and foster teamwork
• Familiarity with wireless sales environments or grocery store operations is a plus
• Capable of managing cash handling procedures accurately while maintaining high standards of cashiering and customer service

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
