🔹 What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop skilled maintenance employees.
• Oversee preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, equipment repairs, and breakdown response.
• Support maintenance of heavy industrial machinery, mechanical drives, hydraulics, bearings, gearboxes, and rolling equipment.
• Make critical decisions to minimize downtime and restore production.
• Drive safety, equipment reliability, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and maintenance planning teams.

🔹 What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of experience supervising maintenance teams in industrial, manufacturing, or comparable military environments.
• Strong mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting skills.
• Proven leadership, problem-solving, and safety-focused decision-making abilities.

Military maintenance supervisors, shop chiefs, work-center supervisors, industrial maintenance leaders, millwright leaders, and heavy equipment professionals are encouraged to apply! Steel industry experience is not required.

🔹 Compensation & Benefits

• Estimated total annual earnings of $120K–$140K+
• Base salary around $97K midpoint, depending on experience
• Target performance bonus of 20%
• Additional paid overtime for eligible hours
