SUMMARY: We are seeking a Shift Supervisor for a permanent vacancy based in Gqeberha, Eastern Cape POSITION INFO: Applicants are required to meet the following criteria: Grade 12 / Matric. Previous experience within a Control Room, Security Operations Centre (SOC), Monitoring Centre, CCTV Monitoring, or Event Analyst environment. Strong computer literacy and administrative skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to compile professional reports and incident documentation. Experience working shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to: Conduct CCTV and system health checks. Identify and escalate technical faults and offline systems. Manage shift email correspondence and client communications. Compile operational shift reports. Perform quality assurance on incident and audit reports. Monitor compliance with SOPs and operational standards. Support Event Analysts during incidents and escalations. Maintain fault logs and follow up on outstanding technical issues.
